LOVE LETTER is an interactive installation that generates love letters from bodily movement. She reads the viewer’s distance, pause, approach, opening, and hesitation, then turns these bodily states into a letter.
Here, the body is not an object to be watched, but the starting point of writing. Love that has not been spoken is translated into language.
This website is the online archive of LOVE LETTER. It preserves the letters generated on site, the crossed-out drafts, timestamps, and archive numbers, allowing a brief bodily expression to be read again after leaving the exhibition.
